We've collated our top 5 festive serves for the Christmas & Hogmanay period.

1) Salted Caramel Espresso Martini

Ingredients
50ml Glaswegin London Dry
25ml Coffee Liquor
25ml Strong Espresso Coffee
12ml Salted Caramel Syrup
Chocolate Shavings

Method
Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker, fill with cubed ice and shake hard. Double strain into a martini glass and grate chocolate of your choice over the top to garnish.


2) Hot Apple Glaswegin

When there's plenty of ice outside, the last thing you want to do is wrap your hands around a chilled drink! The Hot Apple Glaswegin is the perfect serve to warm you up; it's subtly sweet, gently spiced and pairs perfectly with a mince pie! 

Ingredients
100ml Glaswegin London Dry
400ml cloudy apple juice
Sliced apples
1 bay leaf
4 cloves
1 small cinnamon stick
1 tsp runny honey

Method:
Divide the gin between 4 heat proof glasses. Add the remaining ingredients to a pan and heat gently until simmering. Pour the liquid into the glasses and garnish with apple slices, star anise and a cinnamon stick.


3) Glaswegin Spritz

Ingredients
25ml Glaswegin Raspberry & Rhubarb Gin
80ml Rose Prosecco
2.5ml Rhubarb cordial

Method
Fill a wine glass or flute with ice, add the ingredients in the order listed and stir. Top with more cubed ice if required and garnish with either a flower or raspberry.


4) Rhubarb & Cherry Sour

This is a fantastic cocktail to perk you up before a night out! Really simple to create, it strikes the right balance between sweet and sour.

Ingredients:
50ml Glaswegin Raspberry & Rhubarb Gin
25ml Lemon Juice
25ml Cherry Syrup
25ml Maraschino Liqueur
1 Egg White

Method:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add all ingredients. Shake vigorously until it appears foamy on the surface. Serve in a coupe glass and garnish with cocktail cherries.


5) Classic Negroni

Ingredients
25ml Glaswegin Raspberry & Rhubarb Gin
25ml Dry Vermouth
25ml Aperol

Method
Fill a rocks glass with cubed ice or an ice block, add all ingredients and stir both counter clockwise and clockwise for at least one minute. Add more cubed ice if required and garnish with a lemon twist.
