Delivery & Returns
Do you ship internationally?
Not currently, but it is coming! Our team are in the process of setting up international shipping, sign up to our Wee Gin Club to be the first to know when it is available.
Do you ship outside mainland UK?
Currently, outside of mainland UK, we only ship Northern Ireland. The cost of this is £8.95
How do I become a supplier?
Get in touch by emailing orders@glaswegin with the subject line SUPPLIER ENQUIRY and the sales team will be in touch.
Can I change the delivery address for my order?
Our courier DPD have the option to edit your delivery address while your package is in transit. You'll find the link in your dispatch confirmation email from DPD. Alternatively you can contact orders@courageousspirits.com and we'll do our best to help.
I placed an order but haven't had a confirmation email. What should I do?
Please contact orders@courageousspirits.com with your delivery address and postcode and we'll look into it for you.
I have placed an order but would like to add to it.
You can contact the team at orders@courageousspirits.com with your order number and if your order hasn't yet been dispatched, they'll be happy to add other products for you. They'll send you information on how to place your additional order.
Can I collect my order?
We do not offer collection from our HQ. Our couriers, DPD, offer delivery to a pickup store if you won't be home to accept your order. You'll be able to select it through the confirmation email they send you.
How do I make a charity request?
We're not taking any more requests in 2022 - we'll review in 2023. If you would like to be considered as our nominated charity in 2023, please contact hello@glaswegin.com - these will be reviewed Jan 2023.
Delivery queries - where is my order, order not arrived etc
If you have received a confirmation text or email from DPD and not received your order, please contact DPD directly. If you haven't had confirmation from DPD and your expected delivery date has passed, please email orders@courageousspirits.com
How to cancel an order
If you wish to cancel your order, please email order@courageousspirits.com as soon as possible, quoting your order number and reason for cancelling.
My order has arrived damaged, what should I do?
Contact order@courageousspirits.com quoting your order number and include images of the package as it was delivered. Our team will help get it sorted for you!
I'm looking to make a bulk order, what's the best way to go about this?
Please email orders@contageousspirits.com and our team will be delighted to help you out.
