Ingredients
25ml Glaswegin London Dry
20ml Rosemary Syrup
20ml Lemon Juice
25ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
12.5ml Triple Sec
12.5ml Aperol
Method
Pink grapefruit is a perfect partner for Glaswegin on its own and this serve maximises the relationship. Mix everything together, shake then strain into a gin goblet over cubed ice.
Garnish with a rosemary sprig and orange zest curl.
