Gallus Alice

Ingredients 

25ml Glaswegin London Dry

15ml Sugar Syrup

25ml Lemon Juice

15ml Cranberry Juice

25ml Lychee Liquer

 

Method

Absolutely moreish, combine all ingredients together then give it a good shake. Strain into a chilled flute over crushed ice.
Garnish with a peeled and halved lychee.
