Salted Caramel Martini

Ingredients

50ml Glaswegin London Dry 

25ml Coffee Liquor 

25ml Strong espresso coffee

12ml Salted Caramel Syrup 

Chocolate shavings to garnish

Method

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, fill with cubed ice and shake hard. Double strain into a martini glass and grate chocolate of your choice over the top to garnish.
