25ml Aperol
Fill a rocks glass with cubed ice or an ice block, add all ingredients and stir both counter clockwise and clockwise for at least one minute. Add more cubed ice if required and garnish with a lemon twist.

Fever-Tree Ginger Ale
In a cocktail shaker add the gin, lime juice, ginger syrup and raspberries and fill with cubed ice. Shake hard and strain into a Collins glass filled with cubed ice. Top with ginger ale and garnish with a fresh raspberry.

Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker, fill with cubed ice and shake hard. Double strain into a martini glass and grate chocolate of your choice over the top to garnish.

12.5ml fresh lemon juice

12.5ml Agave syrup

Crushed Ice
Muddle 3 diced strawberries in your glass, add 12.5ml of agave syrup and fill the glass with crushed ice.
In a Boston shaker add 37.5ml homemade pink peppercorn syrup, 12.5ml fresh lemon juice and 50ml Glaswegin. Shake well and strain into your glass (over ice).
Top with a drizzle of strawberry puree and garnish with a sprig of flamed rosemary.

25ml fresh lemon juice
3 drops Mrs Bitters Foamer
You can substitute Mrs Bitters Foamer with egg white or aquafaba.
In a shaker add 25ml Glaswegin, 50ml Elderflower Liqueur, 25ml fresh lemon juice and 3 drops of Mrs Bitters Foamer. Shake well, double strain and serve.

In a shaker add 30ml Glaswegin, 15ml Creme de Cacao, 15ml Creme de Triple Sec and 30ml Cream. Shake well with ice and double strain, serving in a coupette. Garnish with grated nutmeg.

Absolutely moreish, combine all ingredients together then give it a good shake. Strain into a chilled flute over crushed ice.
Garnish with a peeled and halved lychee.

Pink grapefruit is a perfect partner for Glaswegin on its own and this serve maximises the relationship. Mix everything together, shake then strain into a gin goblet over cubed ice.
Garnish with a rosemary sprig and orange zest curl.

25ml Elderflower Liquer
Forgetting about the soda just now, add everything else to your shaker and give it a shake. Using a strainer, pour into a tall glass over crushed ice then top up with soda.
Garnish with a fan of your favourite apple and some mint.

This one is really simple but it looks and tastes fantastic, just pour everything into a large gin goblet with masses of crushed ice and stir together.
