Glaswegin Tequila Sour Cocktail
Made with our Tequila Cask Matured Gin, enjoy this punchy and tangy serve; the perfect balance of sweet and sour.
30ml Lemon Juice
15ml Lime Juice
2 teaspoons agave nectar (simple syrup works well too)
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 egg white
Cocktail cherries to garnish
Place all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake for 15 seconds without ice (this helps it foam up). Add ice to the shaker and shake again for 30 seconds.
Strain into a glass - we like it in a rocks tumbler - and garnish.
